Friday, July 27, 2007 Weekend O MudMe and Teags are going to the big chill next weekend which is one of those mega three day festivals they love so much here in the UK. Not sure if you saw some of the footage from Glastonbury but it was a total mess with putrid mud everywhere. A friend went to Glade last weekend which was the same. He showed me some of the below vids from Youtube. Very scary!! Glade Festival 2007 - Mud Wrestling Human Mud Slide @ Glade 2007 Goes on a bit but funny to begin with - Victims of the Glade Festival Trench Bloody ravers - Gabba Grandad But then again, maybe its all worth it? - Kj sawka at glade 2007 We shall see... Wish us luck! posted by div @ 4:38 AM 4 comments Tuesday, July 24, 2007 Online TVOnline video streaming. Didn't work for me with firefox but works great in IE. It was pretty crap actually :) So let's skip to Saturday... I worked in the morning, then in the arvo I had tickets to see Dead Caesar, a play by some of the Chaser's War on Everything guys, so Craig and I headed to the city to see that, which was WAY too musical and neither of us liked it much, Craig absolutely hated it, so I wouldn't recommend it to any boys out there given his reaction. But it was pretty gay, way too much singing and stupid actors too big for their boots talking in bad British accents. So then we came back to Drummoyne and decided to go see a movie. Headed to Burwood to see an 8:30 session, but had to line up for half an hour (and therefore had to wait for the 9:30 session - i have no luck whatsoever with movies) when some stupid cow tried to push in the line in front of me, but I got the shits and she was a real bitch, still wouldn't move despite me strongly request that she move to the end of the line. Then another guy helped me out, and got one of the staff members to rope her off. So I won.. although she managed to push in again and was 2 people behind me in the line despite there being at least 50 people behind her. Sad thing was she was about 35 years old, way too old to be such a sneaky, rude bitch. Anyway, despite her, and the terrible play, the movie was good fun - saw Knocked Up, which as cheesy as it may appear was a really great movie, and the entire cinema were in hysterics, some people even clapped in the funny bits, it was popular with both guys and girls so I'll go ahead and recommend it to y'all. Today (Sunday) I was meant to meet up with an old mate for lunch, but the bastard forgot, so I just hung around the house all day. Went to the Gladesville Sports Club for dinner with Ryan & Dallas (Ryan is the guy I live with and Dallas is his mate), well, I went with Dallas and ate dinner while we waited for Ryan to finish playing warcraft and come and join us, well after the two of us had eaten dinner :D So now I'm home and watching Alias, also have watched Grey's Anatomy and What About Spunky Brian. Fairly enjoyable weekend though. How about everyone else? posted by Sara @ 11:04 PM 1 comments One very expensive pooNASA drops $19m on Russian toilets for American asstronauts I always wondered how you would go to the toilet in space.
