After a very long hiatus, Fridgetown is back! Once a abuse board for disgruntled year 12 barrenjoey High School Students, now a great way of keeping in contact with the gang. |
Saturday, April 22, 2006 Davo Reporting InHowdy. I'm with Sara Matto. You can't ask those questions and not answer them your self! Hows work going? Still enjoying your self? Is Lisa still having fun at Uni? How much longer does she have left? When are you guys coming to Europe? :P Sara I'm very envious of you and the uni life. I think it would be a great experience! It's something I've always thought about doing but never really got around to doing. Maybe one day... I think most people know what I'm up to these days but just in case I'll remind you all. I'm flying to Hong Kong next Tuesday! Then onto the Netherlands!!! Damn cool huh, very excited. I've also been unemployed for the last 2 weeks. It's been very nice not having to get up and do the same routine every day. Last week I went camping with my Dad at Oberon which is inland near the Jenolan Caves. The idea was to go fly fishing, but for most of the time it was very windy. When you would try and do the casting back and forward with the rod, the fly would blow around and get all tangled up. So we only did about 5 mins of fishing. Instead we did cool stuff like go for walks and light fires. Click to see a photo a took at the caves When I get back id like to do a 3 day hike along The Six Foot Track. It starts at Katoomba and ends up at Jenolan Caves. But this will probably be quite a while away so let's not make any immediate plans. Only one week left until I jet set and I think I'm going to be pretty busy. Feel free to drop and travel trips. As I'm a bit of a tourist when it comes to back packing. (Yes that pun was lame):P I sure will miss you all! It would nice if everyone did occasionally update Fridgetown. That way I have something to read when I pop into the Internet Cafes and we wont loose touch with what everyone is upto.
